Horse Collar Penalty Saturday
Did they change what is considered a "horse collar" tackle or did I just never understand it correctly? I thought a HC was making a tackle by grabbing inside the neck area of the front or back of the shoulder pads? Saturday they called it for just grabbing the neck of the jersey itself Thanks... -
