I think we'd still make a run at the NC. The biggest challenge would probably be LSU and SECCG. It would be OK. The backups could manage the game and have playmaking potential. I mean, it's not like the backup QB is Uncle Rico or anything.

That's the whole reason $cam stayed eligible and the barn kept their wins. The NZAA didn't want a non-AQ team playing Nike U for the NC, and TCU would've if the barn had received what they deserved.

If it's true that dumb people are tough people, and IF all this is true and he was fooled, then Manti Te'o has to be the toughest player in college football this past season because he'd certainly be the dumbest. And some NFL executive will be dumber than Te'o and draft him in the first round...
