One of the greatest in NCAA history? Sure, he's had a modicum of success, but his greatest achievement is one SEC East title and a Capital One Bowl victory. He has a losing record in bowl games at USC east. He inherited a program that was in much better shape than what Saban inherited at...
Exactly. It's time for the Old Ball Coach to put up or shut up. He hasn't won anything significant since the 1990s. The loss to UcheaT this year was just abysmal.
Re: New Discussion Thread on Possible Coaching Changes...
Everything I have read claims that Sexton says Texas is the only place Saban would leave Alabama for. It's also one of the only schools I know of that could outbid Bama. I would be shocked if he ever seriously considered a return to...
Absolutely not a failure. Disappointing end? Sure. But if you think back to the struggles against Virginia Tech (remember, without Christion Jones' special team plays we may have lost that thing) and how much the team has grown since then, you will see that this team put in a lot of work to...

Well said. We certainly don't want a repeat of what happened after Bryant's tenure. When the day comes that Saban leaves, be it due to retirement or to take a job elsewhere, it is imperative that the administration and the fans move...
I thought this too, but it turns out he's from Rock Hill, SC. From what I can tell that is a relatively affluent area, so it doesn't necessarily imply he has illicit income.
One of my favorite Bama players of all time. So rare to find an athlete now who is introspective and sees beyond the almighty dollar. Roll Tide, Coffee, and thanks for everything.
