    Most unfortunate. I wish him well in his recovery. Jess had the RB's rated as only average before the injury so now I guess we're below average. On the plus side our offense is tilted toward the passing game so maybe that opens up a few holes for the remaining RB's the times we do run.

    I have to disagree strongly with Pate's downside of 6-6. If that happens with the talent we have then CKD will probably have to look for another job. I'd have to say 8-4 absolute worst case. I agree 11-1 best case but my most likely outcome is 10-2 along with an appearance in the playoff.

    I think if a settlement is for personal injury or illness it is not taxable but for most any other thing it is. The amount you owe depends on your federal tax bracket and your state income tax rate.
