    Issues in Education

I think it needs to be modernized and synchronized with practical job skill training. I'm not opposed to the traditional curricula and the great books... But too many it is not a worthwhile usage of their time. Honestly, the system is too entrenched for something like this, but individual...

    Issues in Education

I am not an expert in this field other than having been 'learned' a bunch over the years... But I feel that our educational system is an antiquated relic of small town farming communities. It seems like we could do much better.

Keelon Russell A-Day Film Study by JD Pickell - Me? I see Tua Flashbacks???

Hopefully our top 7-8 guys are fully healthy heading into the fall, have a good conditioning run in the summer, and we can select the top 5 quickly and just rep the heck out of them as a unit with an extra tackle and and extra interior player ready to go. I can't see how the revolving chairs...

Keelon Russell A-Day Film Study by JD Pickell - Me? I see Tua Flashbacks???

    Issues in Education

Just learning to take notes and then sitting down with an outline and annotating and reading further makes a huge difference for me. Listening to a lecture full of power points does not stick.

Keelon Russell A-Day Film Study by JD Pickell - Me? I see Tua Flashbacks???

Amen... The bar is pretty low for the OL to be better. Watching the scrimmage it looked like they were getting to their man and holding blocks and even getting to the second level. Definitely better than the disorganized disaster of last year, where even if the picked up the right guy they got...

    Trump's Policies XII

And the ones who when asked give you a story about Trump that is far from objective reality. I still run into people all the time who simply don't have a clue. In their minds the budget is balanced, we've won all the wars, the world loves us, and we don't need to pay taxes anymore since other...

You also have to add in the cost of the biopsy, charges from the doctor doing it, cost of specimen processing in pathology, charges from pathology, etc. Oh yeah, a nice big facility fee gets added too. Still... 19k is crazy high by about 14k according to one of the breast rads guys here. He...

    New healthcare thread (part II)

Ivermectin has minimal to no activity for tape worms... I think they are still using albendazole and praziquantel for them. And steroids if the brain is involved, the death of the worm in the brain really is quite inflammatory.

    New healthcare thread (part II)

Check your logic at the door... Insurances pay an 'allowable amount' for each service that you bill. But they don't tell you what their allowable is. So if the allowable for service X is 100$ and the provider bills 50$... They pay 50$. If the Provider bills 300$ then you get paid the full...

There are some crazy cool things that can be done with mRNA... Should we continue to develop it and not let RFK shut it all down... Also just had a small molecule drug present data with a 13 month median OS as a second line therapy for pancreas cancer targeting RAS. That is better than the...

It shows what you can do with a good program and teaching people how to do it! If you want to see Ivermectin really work, check out the continual campaign to wipe out onchocerciasis that is gradually resulting in clearance of a previously endemic issue.

    Trump's Policies XII
