This is a violation! Illegal Contact. 10 or 15 yards from the previous spot. 1st Down for the Offense.

Dan, you are on the right track. It is pass interference. In HS FB, there is no such thing as an uncatchable ball, so it is 15 yds from the previous spot and first down.
