I believe this is Georgia's reality with Smart. As it has been said before, Nick Saban adjusted his offense but Smart has not. Its easier to defend, but he gets by on the talent difference.

So somehow Tennessee is playing above its head right now and Georgia looks stagnant. We'll see if it continues.

I still believe UGA will win, but UGA, much like Alabama, is living on their press clippings and rankings. No enthusiasm from the players and the coaches. If you are not careful it is a recipe for disaster.

The double ball spin thing that Fromm does on his dropbacks would infuriate me as a coach. I get that guys do things to get into rhythm but that is just stupid.

Yep - they will not allow that in the NFL. If he can't stop doing it, they will never let him in a game.

I think I heard Blackledge say Georgia isn't surprised because they knew Tennessee was a dangerous team.

That's the most absurd thing I've heard today.

Blackledge has been saying what he thinks people want to hear for a few years now. He is one of my favorites, but that is slipping.

I don't think that GA was prepared for this kind of QB play. TN's other QB is an RPO guy, and this guy is a pocket passer. Very different game than they prepared for in practice.

I miss the old Nessler/Blackledge duo. They were good. With the taste of the town...I enjoyed those as well.

Kirby really needs to start preparing for every scenario. That is their excuse why they lost to us, twice.
