Grape Salsa

In medium bowl combine grapes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and limie juice. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.

I can see that as being KILLER on duck or goose. :) It would work very well on any wild game. I can see this on a nice rack of venison, roast pheasant or maybe jackalope. ;) I want to try it on tame rabbit.
