In medium bowl combine grapes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and limie juice. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
I can see that as being KILLER on duck or goose. It would work very well on any wild game. I can see this on a nice rack of venison, roast pheasant or maybe jackalope. I want to try it on tame rabbit.
