cook shrimp and set aside
brown sausage and set aside
add oil and saute onion, garlic, bell peper & fennel
add potatoes and get a little color on them then start adding the beef broth.
add sausage and cover till potatoes are tender.
uncover add the shrimp and green onions and stir them in.
serves well with cornbread and greens or maquechoux.
