True Freshman Jennifer shot a 77 in her 1st round at the US Womens Open at Oakmont. Jennifer is 5 over thru 6 holes in the 2nd round before it was halted for weather. Michelle Wie shot an 82 her 1st round so Jennifer can say she beat Michelle Wie in the 1st round of the Open. Unless Jennifer gets in a serious zone it is not likely she will make the cut. Proud of her. Roll Tide.

Jennifer missed the cut at the US Womens Open at Oakmont. Shooting 77 and 82 she was 119th at the end of 2 rounds. The greens have been brutal in true open style. Only one player was in red numbers after 2 rounds. It is a true honor just to make the Open. This experience should help Jennifer know what she needs to work on to make her game better.
