All I did was scramble the meat and cheese
together.

Place a small portion in the middle of a flour tortilla
with a slice of cheese on it. Wrap it in wax paper,
and then put them in a freezer bag and I was done!

Get up in the morning, grab one out of the freezer,
zap it for 2 mins give or take and you have a pretty
good breakfast! Quick too!

Mix up the ingredients as you like!

I make these all the time when I want a snack. Egg, bacon, cheese, crumbled sausage, ham slice are my go to items then sometimes I add onion, peppers, fresh herbs, chopped tomato, lettuce, mushrooms.

Heat the tortilla on a burner.
scramble the egg with your filling.
dump everything onto the tortilla and roll it up.
good eats.

I like the idea of freezing a batch. Think I'll do just that and grab one each morning on my way to work. I usually buy a big box of Jimmy Dean sausage and biscuits (love those things :)), but I like this idea better

Thanks
I love those little sausages too!

I have found that a combo of chorizo, egg, refried beans, cubed taters, cheese and tomatillo salsa is excellent.

They make one in our cafeteria at work. Any toppings you want plus sausage and bacon. They even add in hashbrowns. Put a little hot sauce on top and YUMMY!!! The thing must weigh a pound and only cost $2.25.

I have made these all school year. I thought my son would get tired of eating them, but he is not.

I use the Glad Press'n Seal instead of the wax paper. Just an idea :)
