RECIPE: Artichoke & Spinach Dip

Artichoke Spinach Dip
1 (14 oz.) jar marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and WELL drained
1 c. mayonaise
1 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

Preheat oven to 350

Mix artichokes, onion, mayo, spinache, and cheese together. Fold in sliced mushrooms. Place in ungreased 8 in. baking dish, and bake uncovered 25 min. Serve warm with chips or crackers or pita chips. Serves 8-10.

Sounds good. This isn't the same spinich dip Auburn serves to their recruits is it?

This one is GUARANTEED to please.


I actually use a couple cans of canned shredded spinach instead of frozen, but the results are the same...just make sure you drain it very well. I also usually add something to make it a little spicy as well.
