Why waste time with wings when you get about one bite? Take a bottle of hot sauce (something reasonable like Tabasco or Louisiana) put in a microwavable bowl, add a couple of tablespoons (or just a good long squirt) of butter and nuke it for a minute. It may need a little more nuke but, whip it with a fork until you like the cosistency. You can always add more hot sauce or a little water if the "thermostat" needs to be adjusted. Let the legs cook on the grill just a bit then mop/brush/dip some sauce but keep a clean supply of sauce for the final coat when they come off the grill. ENJOY!

When coating wings and such with hot sauce a good trick is a big tupperware bowl with a lid. Put some of the hot sauce in the bowl, add the wings or legs, snap on the lid and give it a shake.
