That's almost the same recipe I use but I use Velveeta, sharp cheddar and guyere cheese. And I use panko bread crumbs on top and garnish with a couple slices of red bell pepper.

Slab's Pecan-Crusted Pork Tenderloin (with Bourbon Gravy) just went into oven sweet potatoes on rack beside the roasting pan, black eye peas, collards all with smoked pork tails are slow cooking, mac and cheese will go in shortly along with cornbread. Homemade vanilla bean ice cream to follow.

Here is a heads up if you don't already know it. The cheapest place to buy expensive herbs like whole vanilla beans and saffron is on ebay.

Grade A Mexican beans are the very best and most expensive.
Grade A Madagascar are a close second and priced very well. You can get 1/4 lb for about $15 and a couple dollars shipping.
Grade A Tahitian I add to extract for the aroma. They are still good beans and the cheapest.
