Other: Cucumber sauce for fish

In the first one finely chop the cucumber, you want a fine dice about like pickle relish. Put the cucumber in a strainer to let drain completely and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Beat the heavy cream till stiff then fold in the cucumber and vinegar.
In the second version just mix everything together but do let the cucumber drain a bit. You can use it as is or add a little dill or mint. It is also good as a gyro or sandwich topping as well as on fish.
