1. In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring once. Push chicken to the pan edge.

2. Drizzle remaining 2 teaspoons olive oil into the center of the pan. Add white bok choy slices, bell pepper, onion and garlic; stir-fry 1 minute. Add carrots, darker bok choy slices, red pepper flakes, remaining 1/4 garlic-herb seasoning, and sesame oil; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Serve
