What's on your 4th of July menu?

We're going to take it easy and grill out some hamburgers later in the day. I'll make some potato salad, baked beans & blueberry cobbler for dessert.

BTW: This thread REALLY makes me miss Bayou!!! Hope you're feeling better my friend!

Spatchcock Chicken, cream style corn, fried eggplant and cole slaw.

We miss Bayou also, a lot of his recipes are some of our favorites. Get well soon!

Threw some hot dogs on the grill for lunch...im trying ribs for dinner. I've never done them very well...but I figure I eventually have to figure them out lol...get better soon bayou!!

We had 1" thick center cut pork chops, boneless chicken breasts, tater salad, baked beans, cole slaw and mac n cheese with Texas Toast.
For dessert we had almond pound cake with strawberries and whip cream.

Great day!! Happy 235 years, United States of America!

We had a Boston butt, babyback ribs, tater salad, baked beans, and homemade apple pie.
