1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with Aluminum Foil & Spray with
Pam.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream until it is smooth and
creamy. Then add in the artichokes, spinach, garlic, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, 1/4 cup of parmesan,
and seasonings.
3. Once the mixture is combined, spread it onto the italian loaf (that is sliced in half
lengthwise), until there is a thick layer on top of the bread. Then top the bread evenly with the 1
1/2 cups of mozzarella, 1/4 cup of parmesan, and garlic salt.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, and then bump the oven up to broil (keep a close
eye on the oven because it will burn fast) and brown the bread until the cheese melts and it
starts to turn golden-brown & delicious, about 3-5 minutes depending on your oven.
5. Cut into thick slices (like cheese bread) and serve immediately!
