1. Preheat grill to medium (300 to 350 F). Remove steak from marinade, discard marinade. Place steak on grill. Grill covered 10-15 minutes per side or to desired doneness. During the last 7 to 8 minutes of grilling, place pineapple slices on grill; grill until lightly browned on both sides.
2. Remove steak from grill; let stand 5 minutes. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices, and serve with pineapple.
