Surprise!!!!!!!!!!! We're having PORK!

This week's tailgate menu in Tuscaloosa:

Smoked Pork Butts w/BBQ sauce/Buns
Pigs in a Blanket
Coleslaw
Cream Cheese/Pepper Jelly/Crackers
Cheese tray
Peanuts/M&Ms mix
Rum Cake
Chess Squares
Assorted drinks/Tea

I overheard someone say they were bringing pickled pigs feet, but I won't be sampling that!

And by the way, any of you are welcome anytime, no further invitation needed....just inbox me for directions.

sorry to post so late but we were in T-Town.
friday nite was crawfish etouffe.
sat was pork tenderloin sandwhich's with cole slaw,baked beans,potato salad,cornbread salad and all the smoked boston butt you could eat,and for dessert we had banana puddin,mississippi mud ,chocolate cookies and grape salad.
