Sauté celery, green onion, garlic & butter in large pot. Add potato soup and next 4 ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated. Add shrimp and seasonings-- heat thoroughly ’til shrimp are done. Discard bay leaves. This is good with crawfish, too. I also added fresh mushrooms, just b/c I had some—slice & sauté w/ 1st ingredients. Great served with a salad and french bread.
