    Cumin-Coriander Turkey Meatballs

    Description: Can be an entree or adapted to the slow cooker and used as a party finger food.
    Time: 30 min
    Difficulty: Easy

    Ingredients:
    1. 2 slices home-style white bread
    2. 3 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
    3. 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
    4. 3 tbsp minced fresh parsley
    5. 12 ounces ground turkey
    6. 1 cup minced onion
    7. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
    8. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander seeds
    9. 1 teaspoon salt
    10. 3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
    11. 1/4 teaspoon reshly ground black pepper
    12. 2 large egg whites
    13. 2 garlic cloves, minced
    14. 2 tablespoons olive oil or grapeseed oil
    Preparation:
    1. Prehead oven to 400 degrees. Place bread in food processor, and pulse 10 times to make coarese crumbs to measure 1 cup.
    2. Combine cliantro, dill and parsley in a small bowl. Combine breadcrumbs, 4 1/2 tablespoons herb mixture, turkey and next 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
    3. Shape into 46 (1 inch) meatballs.
    Instructions:
    1. Spread 2 tablespoons oil over bottom of a jellyroll pan; arrange meatballs in a single layer, and turn lightly to coat.
    2. Bake 15 minutes or until done, turning once. Sprinkle with remaining herbs. Serve hot or at room temperature with Yogurt-Cucumber dip.
