Egg & Flour 2 filets and saute them in olive oil, when done keep warm in the oven. In the same pan add juice of one lemon, 1/2 cup white wine & 1-2 tbls of capers or more if you love them, reduce to a thick sauce and add 2 tbls butter or margarine and pour over the fish.

Thanks DD....I've made and eaten Chicken Picatta many times, but never thought to make Catfish Picatta. (I have a good friend who owns a catfish farm, so a steady supply is readily available at a minimal cost!) Can't wait to try it out!
