Autoplaying video ads (with audio)

Today, I got a video ad which played a continuous loop of ads with audio.
Hopefully this is enough information to be able to identify the cause.

Unfortunately, those do not show me anything.

IF you have Firefox, what you can do is right click on the page, then do View Page Info > Media . scroll down through the list of URL's that are shown and identify the one(s) that might be the culprit. Copy the URL and paste it into a PM.

All autoplay audio/video ads are turned off / banned. So, if you're getting them it's obviously an error. I'm checking again but additional details will help locate the specific network that is sending it (Even though I only use 3 or 4 networks, there are litterally thousands since each network uses hundreds/thousands of others).

Also, if you have firefox, you can download the firebug plugin and see all sorts of things that are happening behind the scene. That would be the most useful, but it's geared toward developers.
