Perfect Tailgate Ribs - Cook during the game without having to tend to them

Description: The most tender ribs you'll ever eat
Serving Size: 2 - 6; depending on eaters
    Time: 1 Non-Overtime Bama Game
    Difficulty: Easy

    Ingredients:
    1. 2 slabs pork spare ribs (the meatier the better)
    2. 1 tablespoon cumin
    3. 1 tablespoon paprika
    4. 2 tablespoons garlic powder
    5. 1 tablespoon onion powder
    6. 1 tablespoon chili powder
    7. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    8. 2 tablespoons salt
    9. 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
    10. 1 tablespoon black pepper
    11. 1 tablespoon Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
    12. 1/2 cup olive oil
    13. Aluminum Foil
    14. Saran Wrap
    Preparation:
    1. Pre-heat your grill to 250 degrees
    2. Mix all dry ingredients in mixing bowl; mix thoroughly
    Instructions:
    1. Brush both sides of ribs with olive oil
    2. Sprinkle and rub dry mix onto both sides of ribs
    3. Wrap each slab completely in Saran wrap; overlap as necessary to ensure slab is completely wrapped in Saran wrap
    4. Then wrap the Saran-wrap-covered slab completely in aluminum foil; overlap as necessary to ensure exposed Saran wrap is completely covered in foil
    5. Place each slab in center of your grill
    6. Cook at 225-250 degrees for 2.5 - 3 hours (or longer); No need to turn during cooking!
    7. This is key - no shorter than 2.5 hours; no hotter than 250 degrees
    8. Remove from grill and carefully remove foil and Saran wrap

    9. I eat the ribs as they are; my wife coats her's with barbeque sauce

That sound really good. I'm guessing that they could also be done in the oven?

Sure, I just automatically think of my grill when I'm thinking ribs and tailgating.
