Hey guys and gals, I am looking for a recipe for a country fried steak. I was recently in New York and had one with crushed chips, crackers, and cereal. I can't find a recipe that sounds like it and was wondering if any of my southern friends had any that I could "borrow". The BBQ place I ate at was Vergil's by the way and that fried steak was the best that I have ever had. Anyway, any help would be much appreciated! RTR
