Ingredients:
  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
  3. 1 garlic clove, minced
  4. 2 green onions, sliced
  5. 1 tsp peeled, grated ginger root
  6. 1 tsp crushed pepper flakes
  7. 1 egg white
  8. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Preparation:
  1. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to 350-400 degree. In a large bowl
  2. combine beef, cilantro, garlic, onions, ginger, red pepper flakes, egg white, breadcrumbs, and salt
  3. and pepper to taste, mix gently to combine. Form into 1 1/2 bass.
