He has no clue what the college rule book looks like. If you're a college analyst and don't know that a personal foul is an automatic first down, you need to be fired.

Millen is painful to listen to. Like, Dave Rowe painful. Except I kind of felt sorry for Rowe, and I feel like hitting Millen with a rock.
