Re: Bergdahl released

The report will supposedly be released on January 16.
The U.S. Army's report on Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl will show he deserted, but not that he is a traitor, two military analysts familiar with the case told Fox News Channel's "The O'Reilly Factor."

---

....Bergdahl will not be charged as a traitor and will be given a less-than-honorable discharge.

He also will not be required to refund the $300,000 in back pay he received during his captivity.

Re: Bergdahl released

It's not just the difficulty he would face finding a job, but in securing housing as well.. He (his name anyway) is already well known across the country and there are a lot of folks who would think twice about even renting to him.
Of course he could always return to the Taliban. I'm sure they'd love to have him..

Re: Bergdahl released

NBC says he could be charged within a week.
According to the network, charges against Bergdahl will not say that he left the base with the intent to never return. Citing defense and military officials, the network also said that he could be given a less than honorable discharge.

He would also likely be given consideration for his time in captivity, NBC quoted officials as saying.

Don't forget the six soldiers who were killed trying to rescue Bergdahl:

Re: Bergdahl released

Apparently these reports are untrue, no decision has been made: http://www.armytimes.com/story/mili.../bergdahl-army-update-false-reports/22396367/

"Sgt. Bergdahl has not been charged with any crime," said Pentagon Press Secretary Rear Adm. John Kirby during a press briefing Tuesday afternoon.

"No decision has been made with respect to the case of Sgt. Bergdahl," Kirby said. "None. There is no timeline to make that decision, and Gen. [Mark] Milley is being put under no pressure to make a decision."

Who's more pathetic? Eric Schultz or Josh Earnest?

Bumbling idiots. Just like Obama/Holder/Jarrett and the rest of these creeps.

Re: Bergdahl released

His Awesomeness, The One, has once again displayed his Awesome negotiating skills, swapping five terrorists (who are probably already back on the battlefield killing Americans) for a deserter. He could have saved us a lot of trouble by just telling the Talibs, "No thanks. We don't want his butt back."

Now, let's take those awesome negotiating skills to Tehran...
