I usually like to do a gameday cook based on the opponent - cajun and creole for LSU, seafood for Florida, Southwestern cuisine for TAMU, etc.

What should I do for ut? Possum in a moonshine sauce? Pulled racoon in a jack Daniels BBQ sauce? Granny's collards with an Uncle Jed Texas Tea?

Can anyone help me here?
