Ok, this is still a bit of a work in progress, but after several goes I think this is worth posting as a good start point

1 Cup Ketchup or Chili Sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsps of ...

Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper

4 or so shakes hot sauce

2 tsp white vinegar

couple of dashes of...
Worcstershire
Coriander

Just a touch of powdered cinnamon

1 TBSP Corn Syrup

Cook on medium till boil, then remove from heat

Edit note - gonna use this thread for all "copycat" recipes

Interesting. So ketchup vs chili sauce seems like it would make a big difference. Which one in you opinion is closer? And you are just talking about plain ole Heinz chili sauce?

Yes, plain ketchup is closer. I thought the one time I used chili sauce it was like the spicy Arby's three pepper sauce

How about the Hoarse sauce? I would love that one.
2 packs of camels a day for a few years should do it

Will try to do a horseradish sauce recipe in the next few days goes well with prime rib or regular roast beef
