Guys keep your eyes on this one as well.
He was a former commit to Texas AM. He's from New Orleans, a 3 star who is listed at 6'4 230 lbs. Offers from all the big programs. He has become a priority for CNS and staff. He is a take even with 2 other TE committed. Smith can be use as a hybrid of TE or a WR. He was going to schedule an in home visit with Texas who was Alabama's primary threat. He has since canceled the visit after the fact CNS and Coach Burns came by today to see him in N.O.

Being discussed in the remaining recruits thread, but worthy of its own. I think we may look at him as a big wr.... atm compared him to Evans and SealesJones

It would put us at 25. I think that would leave two spots, but only the staff really knows. You also never know if we snag a grad transfer again.

We still have a rather large outside shot at Demetris Robertson but not holding my breath on this one.
