If she seemed capable and competent in the job requirements - absolutely. I really don't care that she drank heavily while at football games in college. Not sure why anyone would.Uh. I think you just nailed it. I wouldn't anyone stupid drunk in public. But that is just me.
If you were conducting a job interview and she brought that video ..... would you hire her?
Anyone who would eliminate potential job candidates strictly on this basis isn't qualified to make hire decisions, IMO.
