Davis Riley is tearing it up again today at four under thru 13, and now sits at the top of the Player Leaderboard. He was five under yesterday and moved up 20+ places into a tie for fifth.

Bama had a great round today...moving on to the nationals. If TA&M wins their playoff, then 10 of the 14 SEC teams will be going...that is incredible. By contrast, the ACC -- which is supposed to be a stronger golf conference historically -- has only 5 teams going.

In the Mens' Championship in Eugene, the Bama men shot an opening round 290 (+10) good for 15th. Today, they shot 279 (-1, second best round of the day) to move up 9 spots into 6th. They're 6 shots from first but only 4 from 2nd. Round 3 tomorrow, the top 8 teams advance to match play.
