Well we are about ready. If we win today the stress is lessened since we need any advantage on the group is death side of the bracket. With that said RTR!!!!

OU and UGA are the hottest teams entering this tournament. If anyone can get past them then their chances increase exponentially. Michigan is probably the best overall team left but they are not a dominant team.Imo.
Well we swept UGA in the regular season, so hopefully we beat them for a fourth time this year. All in all I think we got a pretty good draw considering it would be Florida otherwise. A loss would mean us joining y'all in the group of death.
That's the problem with the tournament. If we win tonight then at worst we are on the easier side, but if y'all lose then y'all get our side. It's more crucial for y'all to win tomorrow and us to win today.

I'm confident we get them. Needed 7 errors to beat FSU, a team we split with in our series with the regular season.
If AU doesn't make the finals given the bracket they're in, they should fire another coach. UCLA was their own worst enemy today. A 5 run first inning with only 1 hit, and that hit didn't plate a run. AU swept UGA but I think 2 of the games were 1 run affairs. Should be a good game.
baseball, or in this case softball, has a weird way of ending in the tournament setting. A team with momentum, despite talent disadvantage is way more dangerous than a team that is coming in off an expected dominate performance.
Here OU and UGA are the teams with the most momentum coming into the tourney. OU is a complete team so they are way different than UGA, and they can probably bounce back from a loss where I don't see UGA doing it. If Auburn wins tomorrow, its pretty much a given that they will be in the finals unless they have to face either Bama or OU in the semi finals, then its anyone's guess. Im just not sold on Michigan coming back from a loss in the 1st two games.

Just having some fun at your expense during the rain delay and figured that would get a rise out of you. I guess we need a tongue in check emoji. Obviously my comment is over the top but it shows how egregious an upset it would be for AU not to make the finals. But what do I know, should they not win it and old JJ makes the infamous "I expect coach to be here for a long, long time" comment...
While I'm stirring the pot - as you mention, that's an awfully quick turnaround for a program that had done absolutely nothing in the sport since they fielded a team, making it worthy of at least a... hmmm. I'll tell you one thing it says to me, the previous coach couldn't coach a lick.
So, as we continue to wait, with AU being the 4 seed in a draw with the 8, 12, and 16 seeds - how would you explain/spin not making the finals?
