So, Trump is having trouble securing funding for his wall. There is a way to do this without government money. Sell advertising on said wall. It would be like a minor league outfield wall .... for two thousand miles.

have a carniciera every two miles. #1 - #1,000 (#48 would have to be relocated from east point) and use the proceeds to fund construction.
