Whats cookin' for the Kentucky game

Were having a breakfast casserole and seafood nachos for the game and queso dip for the leftover chips. Daiquiris and cold beer.

We season the fish (Flounder) and shrimp in Old Bay and cook in a grill pan. We also use Louis Kemp Crab Delights from the frozen food section thawed or fresh crab meat if we have it. Put some Tortilla Chips in a baking pan covered with your favorite cheese with sliced Jalepenos on top and bake @ 350 until the cheese is melted. Serve with salsa and sour cream
