I disagree. Conservatives have absolutely no issue wasting billions on stupid useless crap. How much did they send to Africa for abstinence programs? How much here for the same programs which not only have been proven to not work but have been proven to actually cause problems? How much are they about to pump into "rebuild" a military that not only far exceeds any in the world but is already bigger than most of the rest of the worlds combined? There are hundreds of examples of the GOP throwing money down the toilet for nothing but political gain, what makes you think this issue will be different?
Nope, you were right. Ryan and McConnell just authorized $15 billion to build the wall.

Bright side to Trump's wall, there will be some structural engineers and civil engineers getting some work.
At least the labor will be covered. Once the Deportation Force rounds up ALL the illegals, Trump can pull resources from the internment camps with the 2-3 years of forced hard labor sentences prior to deportation providing sufficient incentive to stay out. Basically a "win-win"

are these the voter fraud people Trump was talking about? Lock em up!

Jared Kushner is just the latest member of Trump’s inner circle to meet the President’s working definition of a fraudulent voter — POTUS’s son-in-law is registered to vote in two different states, reports the Washington Post.
Others in the president’s family or close staff who are registered in two states: chief White House strategist Stephen K. Bannon, Tiffany Trump, and Steven Mnuchin, Trump’s nominee to head the Treasury Department.

KellyAnne just came out to say that No Tiffany isn't registered in two States so fact checkers looked and yes, she is and it isn't even against the law to be it only is if you vote in both places, which she didn't.

Got to love an administration who not only lies, but does it for no discernible purpose

In her case, it's inextricably linked to the act of breathing.

Sure, but a few of you seemed to be insinuating at the least that having no discernable purpose was somehow worse. I do think they are both bad for different reasons. They both undermine credibility. One is to falsely assure people and the other (I believe) is to feed an ego and not much else.
having no discernible purpose is much more deeply concerning to me as it shows an administration that holds no value in truth. I understand why Obama lied there. I neither believed nor liked it but I can understand why.
