If you mean legal responsibility, who is going to sue whom and for what. Those questions have to be answered...

Anyone and everyone. It's either free reign anything goes or recast, rebrand, recreate a mission statement. They are either platforms for vaxxers and anti-vaxxers, white supremacist and BLM, or as they have done, they pick a side. And then they lose protections afforded platforms and gain additional legal responsibilities of a publisher.

Families of those killed in New Zealand should be able to sue Facebook for the posting of their family members murder. Families currently can't sue because of protections they currently shouldn't have. If you pick and choose who has what right to say what on your website you're a publisher/editor. That's not a platform as is known in either the tech world or dictionary. I'm fine with them being either, but not both as it's convenient.

No, you didn't--you could have chosen to push back.

Now if I want to be left wing I have to deal with "feelings over facts," reparations for something my ancestors may not have been in the country during, and if you disagree, you're a rapist Nazi etc.
No, you don't--you could choose to push back. I'm left wing, I try to prioritize facts over feelings, I'm highly skeptical of reparations as a policy, etc.

"His tax returns" reminds me a lot of "his birth certificate." Both embarrassing for each party in my opinion.
This is the sort of false equivalency the put Trump in the WH in the first place. The birtherism was racially-motivated nonsense, while there are legitimate reasons for seeing Trump's tax returns.
    This is the darkest timeline.

It's an interesting argument, but that's all. No attempt to get around the CDA to reach Facebook, etc., has succeeded yet and I don't think most attorneys expect it...
