I dunno - seems like he would have had a role like Drake did where he saw the field as both an RB and in a lot of other roles that would have shown some versatility and made him pretty attractive to the league.

I think it has more to do with the number of teams with glaring CB needs and the relatively small number of elite CBs available in this year's draft. I bet some team will take the plunge and allow him to learn the hard way. It certainly worked for GB on HaHa. The Jets and Dee...not so much

He has the size , but Averett has quietly been better.

I read an article recently (sorry, can't remember where) JK stated he was definitely coming back for his senior season.

Agreed. I don't think Humphrey is ready and I am not sure Cam is either. But, Cam is likely to go. Humphrey is still learning and makes too many mistakes. He needs some seasoning.

Tabor from the gators is gone as well.

Saw Jk Scott was coming back.

I think Humphrey and Cam are gone, will be 1st round picks in most of the mock drafts that I have seen.

You can now add Caleb Brantley to the list...can't say this is a surprise and actually I'm happy he's moving onto the next level.

    Thanks, Caleb...go make us proud!

Nice letter. I'm a sap for those type stories. Best of luck to the young man.

I think that he is the best cover corner on the team right now, and that is pretty amazing.

Thanks Bazza. Caleb Brantley will do well in life no matter his football career longevity. These type stories are exactly why I put my sons in football at ages 9 & 7. Mama pushed back on the first one but we won. The second one she didn't even bother. By then she had seen the resulted gains in attitude, personality and confidence. Football, and team sports in general, are life lessons. And this young man will carry that proudly as evidenced by the positive influence on his little brother.

Agreed on Humphrey. But if someone wants to pay first-round money ...
