At first I thought it was my internet and older ipad at home that was the problem, but when I got a new computer at work, I figured something was wrong with the site. We'll get something figured out ASAP - it's pretty ridiculous that some of you are dealing with this. Really wish you guys and gals would have spoken up before this thread - we can't fix it if we don't know it's broken.
I bought my wife and my daughter $200 ChromeBooks a couple of years back (Toshiba CB2's) and played with one of them for a week and loved it. Jumped on an Asus Flip 4gb when it released and turned my big hungry for power Ubuntu machine off and have fired it back up 2-3 times in the last year. Going to upgrade to the Samsung Chromebook Pro if they ever actually release the darn thing. Never going back to Windows, or Mac, or Linux or have to buy or use antivirus or malware protection.I too am having no problems on my $150 chromebook. It's becoming my daily machine.
Apparently, I keep getting PUPS from Amazon.Much better today! Someone must have figured something out. I figured my computer had picked up a virus from facebook. I used to hear when you got a virus if was from porn sites but in the past few years I have gotten them from Utube and facebook. Utube is really bad for adware.

Amen, the slowness of this site is getting old.I am just sick of this , if you reply with a quote you cant space between words. What is going on with the site, its a board issue with browsers or something. All we see are complaints but no resolutions.
Adobe Flash has been an integral part of the web for decades, enabling rich content and animations in browsers since before HTML5 was introduced. In modern browsers, web standards pioneered by Microsoft, Adobe, Google, Apple, Mozilla, and many others are now enabling sites to exceed those experiences without Flash and with improved performance and security. Starting in the Anniversary Edition of Windows 10, we began to give users more control over Flash by selectively pausing certain Flash content, like ads, that were not central to the page.In our next release, we will extend this functionality and encourage the transition to HTML5 alternatives by providing additional user control over when Flash content loads. Windows Insiders will be able to try an early implementation of this feature soon in upcoming preview builds. The user experience will evolve as we move towards a stable release in the Windows 10 Creator’s Update next year.
Sites that support HTML5 will default to a clean HTML5 experience. In these cases, Flash will not even be loaded, improving performance, battery life, and security. For sites that still depend on Flash, users will have the opportunity to decide whether they want Flash to load and run, and this preference can be remembered for subsequent visits.
Hmm... Long ago, I decided that I would just do without it and I have. If I get the error messaged "Flash failed to load," or whatever, I just shrug and move on...Just a head up for the site admins and tech and ad guys. Y'all are probably already well aware this was coming.

I disabled Flash a while ago. Can't tell a difference.Hmm... Long ago, I decided that I would just do without it and I have. If I get the error messaged "Flash failed to load," or whatever, I just shrug and move on...
