Mullen's plan when he elected to go for it on 4th down rather than attempt a field goal and try to go up by 4. He figured he could not stop Ohio from scoring a TD if they were desperate but could sucker them into a field goal attempt.

This game is a text book example of why losing teams shouldn't be put in bowl games. Miss St looked about as uninterested in being in this game as one could be without holding up a sign that read "WE DON'T WANT TO BE HERE". If I'm Dan Mullen I'm chewing their tails all the way back to Starkville. Even the announcers alluded to on more than one occasion how state didn't look to be "into" the game.

Another example of crappy teams in a crappy bowl, nobody cares who plays or who wins. BTW I did watch 2 plays.
I fast forwarded to the end. Just awful play, play calling, and atmosphere. Just No!
