I keep reading/hearing about the Washington Defense. Is this Defense better than Notre Dame in 2012? Better than Florida this year? Better than LSU? I don't think so....
I think that it is weird to offer that long an analysis and then only assign a 40% confidence rating on your prediction. Either you believe in what you do, or you do not. 40% says to me that they don't have a clue and are just picking Alabama because they are the prohibitive favorite.

I've watched a lot of college football this year and I don't remembering hearing much at all about this Washington defense until they were paired with Bama in the bowl game. Now they are one of the best defenses in the country. I just don't buy it. The few decent teams they have played didn't have problems putting points on the scoreboard.
I always like it when I open up your CFN preview and the first thing I read is "I'll take it". That just says it all. :smile:
