I don't think so. We got called for running into the kicker tonight, on a rugby style kick, which was completely bogus.Does the rulebook address this at all?

They should be treated as QBs - later hits are late, but those already in motion should be allowed - how can the defender know when the kicker will run with it?I think rugby style punters should be fair game to hit.
