Have to disagree. During the early years of the Beatles a studio drummer was used on the records as Ringo was not up to snuff. Ringo was OK, but never close to the talent of the other three.He was an INCREDIBLE drummer.

Only for the September 11, 1962 sessions and, reportedly, only for the Love Me Do and PS I Love You tracks. Too many old memories and recollections have faded to verify much.
