This isn't a completely new guy coming in. Jalen has had plenty of time to bond and get know him.

This could only have been better if Saban had fired him in Atlanta and told him to find his own way home.

I did ask if we could leave Kiffin in Atlanta. Haha...got my wish. ;)

Kiffin had been struggling mightily (and he was no doubt distracted), but the pressure is really on Sark now. Unbelievably tough transition point no matter how good you are or how long you've been in the scheme.

Ironically, now Clemson has to watch film on Washington -- to learn what Sark will do.

I look at it like this. If Saban did it he obviously thought it was necessary for us becoming better as an offense. Our team looked lost at times on Saturday and with a month to prepare you can't do that. Kiffin was constantly changing plays with 5 seconds left on the clock only having either a delay of game or having to call a timeout. Sark will be fine and will have his sole focus on prepping 1 team all week. Great move by Saban. Roll Tide!

Lane Kiffin, who made $1.4 million as Alabama's offensive coordinator this season, already earned $224,000 of $250,000 in possible bonuses.
interesting....perhaps $26K wasn't enough to hang around, lol

If Sark were new in Tuscaloosa I'd be worried, but since he's been with the team all fall, knows the players, the plays, etc, I'm not worried. In fact, it means there will be a different tendency in play calling - something Clemson simply cannot plan for. Combine that with our defense - we got this!

Heck, we all think we're better play callers than Kiffen, so certainly Sark will be too. :)

Yep, my take also. Just makes it more challenging for the Dabo gang.

Call is evolution or the Process but this is classic Saban - Makin' all the right moves!
