They got caught videotaping something Belichick did honestly believe was okay. It IS okay to tape coaches but it was the location of the equipment that was the issue. He never lied about it and let's be honest - it was a whiny, pouty coach of the Jets who was a former assistant (Mangini) playing Croom to Belichick's Saban.

In the ball deflation scandal, the Pats did better in the game in question after the balls were altered back.

They lost a first round draft pick for the first thing and lost Brady for four games - and now all of a sudden the Pats have an unfair advantage because their 39-year old QB is better rested than he should be.

I'm not a Pats fan but any Tide fan who doesn't look with envious admiration on what they've done is inconsistent. Their dynasty started when the Rams were a colossal power that still played in St Louis while Eli Manning was still a young colleg kid.

That was a good play by Ryan to not lose the ball on that fumble & give The Pat's a cheapy score early on..You can hang it up if you give Tom Brady The Big Mo early in a game..
