Canadian man who beheaded bus passenger granted total freedom

A Canadian man who was found not criminally responsible for beheading and cannibalizing a fellow passenger on a Greyhound bus has been granted his freedom.
...

Baker, a diagnosed schizophrenic, killed Tim McLean, a young carnival worker who was a complete stranger to Baker, in 2008. A year later he was found not criminally responsible due to mental illness.

It is ridiculous that he shouldn't at least be monitored for the rest of his life. Eventually you guys will probably be posting an article about my wife's schizophrenic uncle that keeps ending up in and out of jail and at one point was watching tons of TV preachers and starting to think that most people were demons.
