BAMA and SC go quietly in the 1st
BAMA gets a lead off single in the 2nd but, can't get him around with 2K's to end the inning.
USC takes advantage of 3 walks in the 2nd to plate a run. (Yup.... walks kill us again. 1-0 after 2.
Third inning we get a lead off double. Next batter hit a shallow fly to right failing to move the runner. We do get him over thanks to a WP but, Strikeout and lazy fly end the threat. SC gets nothing going and 1-0 end 3.
BAMA goes quietly in the 4th. USC gets 2 walks but Nick gets out of it.
Both teams go quietly in the 5th, still 1-0 end 5.
Wood Homers to lead off the 6th and BAMA ties it at 1. Lead does not last long as after getting the first two in the 6th the walk bites Nick again. His last pitch of the game is a double that gives SC a 2-1 lead going to the 7th.
Henry leads off the 7th with a HR and we are all square at 2. DeVinny just got a 1 out hit.
